- Do you carry a single piece or only full moves?
- We carry from a single piece. In fact single-item furniture transport is one of our most requested services; you don't need a whole move.
- Do you dismantle the furniture if it doesn't fit the stairs?
- Yes, we do basic dismantling and reassembly (beds, tables, simple units). For very complex furniture tell us when requesting the quote so we can plan it.
- How do you protect the furniture in transit?
- With moving blankets and securing straps inside the closed van, so it doesn't move or get scratched on the way.
- Is VAT included in the price?
- Yes. The prices you see include VAT and are fixed upfront: no surprise extras at the end.
- Do you do same-day hauls?
- Subject to availability, yes. Same-day urgent service has a small surcharge shown before you confirm.
- Do you carry the item up even without a lift?
- Yes. We carry up and down stairs; a small per-floor cost applies from the second floor, always stated upfront.
