FAQ
About the flexible service
Does the pack expire?
Pack services are used within the calendar month. If you have any left over, we carry them once as a courtesy.
What if I need a bigger move than the pack covers?
We bill it as an extra service outside the pack at a closed price.
Can I switch packs between months?
Yes. No lock-in: each month you activate the pack that fits best, or go back to one-off services if you have fewer moves.
Do I pay upfront or at month-end?
By default we invoice at month-end with 7–15-day payment terms. For new customers we may ask for the first month upfront.
